- Free delivery and installation is only applicable within Metro Manila. For areas outside Metro Manila, shipping fees may apply. Our sales representative will contact you regarding the additional charges.

All Excelta Online Store employees take your personal information very seriously. All employees must learn and obey our security policies. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site. - Returns & Replacements Excelta Online Store accepts returns for replacement for defective items purchased on our site provided that notice is given within seven (7) days upon receipt of the purchased items. We will consider replacement of the items purchased based on the following:
- Incorrect item/s shipped as per purchase order. Items delivered must correspond with the items purchased from our online store. If there was a mistake on the item/s received, we will replace them with the corresponding item/s ordered from our online store.
- Defective or damaged items. Factory defects shall be covered by the warranty, The warranty shall be void should the damage be caused by the recipient's negligence or if the item has been tampered.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We only accept Credit Cards payments through Paypal.
We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
All the prices of our Excelta Online Store items are exclusive of the Value Added Tax. The computation and the addition of the Value Added Tax will be done upon checkout.
Excelta Online Store reserves the right to alter the prices of goods on the website at any time but this shall not apply to goods which have been ordered prior to any change. - Updating Account Information
- After becoming an Excelta Online Store subscriber you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, entering your ID and password when prompted and clicking the Edit button on any of the subsections of the Account Information.
